Delivery & Returns
We deliver anywhere in Kenya. Here is exactly what to expect on timing, cost, payment and returns.
Delivery times
- Nairobi — typically next day, and same day for CBD orders placed early.
- Outside Nairobi — 2–3 days, countrywide.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Anything placed on a Sunday or public holiday goes out the next working day.
Delivery fees
Delivery is quoted per location because rates vary by courier and distance. Fees start from KES 100, and we confirm the exact amount with you before dispatch — you will never be surprised at the door.

M-Pesa is the quickest route. Choose it at checkout and we will send payment details with your order confirmation.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. Nothing on the outside names the product or the category — the courier, your gateman and your colleagues see a sealed parcel and nothing else.
Returns and replacements
If something arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will replace it or refund you — no argument.
For change-of-mind returns, unopened products in their original seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used intimate care products. Return delivery is arranged with you case by case.
Tracking your order
We send updates to the phone number you used at checkout. To check on an order at any point, WhatsApp 0711 989 074 with your name or order number.
