How to use nuutFresh
- Shake, then hold about 15cm away.
- Two or three short bursts on the outside of the skin — never internally.
- Let it dry for a few seconds. You will feel the cooling kick in immediately.
- Use morning and after training, or any time you want a reset.

Questions about nuutFresh
Can I just use my normal body spray down there?
